Your introductory appointment will be your Initial Consultation. During this visit, our chiropractors will take the time to discuss your in-depth health history, listen to your concerns, and conduct a thorough, non-invasive examination to better understand your condition.

Your first set of chiropractic adjustments is included in this appointment, where clinically appropriate and safe to proceed.
If further imaging is required, your chiropractor may refer you for X-rays to gain a clearer understanding of your spinal health before continuing with care.
Please allow approximately 30–45 minutes for your Initial Consultation from start to finish. Your chiropractor will also arrange your
follow-up visit before you leave.

X-rays are an important tool to ensure your safety before starting care. They allow us to:
Identify any underlying conditions (e.g., spinal conditions, fractures, degeneration, spinal alignment issues, History of surgery etc.).
Rule out anything that could make chiropractic adjustments unsafe.
Provide a clearer picture so your care is specific and effective.
Within 24–48 hours of your Initial Consultation, we’ll invite you back for your 30-minute Report of Findings.
During this appointment, your chiropractor will walk you through the findings from your examination, explain what they mean for you, and answer any questions you may have. You will also receive your next set of chiropractic adjustments, tailored to your individual needs.
Using the information gathered from your consultation and examination, your chiropractor will recommend a personalised care plan designed around your goals and clinical needs.
We’ll clearly discuss the recommended frequency and duration of care, along with the associated costs, so you know exactly what to expect moving forward. This is also an opportunity to ask questions and make sure you feel comfortable and informed about your care.
Your Report of Findings takes approximately 30 minutes and marks the beginning of your personalised plan of chiropractic care.

If you’re happy with your care plan and choose to begin care, you can book your appointments week by week, or schedule the entire care plan in advance so you have a clear, consistent routine. Some patients prefer having all appointments secured; others prefer booking gradually — both options are completely fine.
Once you have completed your initial corrective care plan, you may choose to continue with maintenance care, which many patients find helpful for keeping their spine healthy long-term. Maintenance visits typically occur fortnightly, three-weekly, or four-weekly, depending on your lifestyle and goals. Your chiropractor will guide you on an appropriate transition with a gentle reduction in frequency.
It’s important to know that you are not signing any contract. Continuing care is always your CHOICE. Chiropractic care is simply one way to support your spinal and overall health — much like how people choose to have annual dental check-ups to maintain their teeth.
