Packages are subject to our clinic terms and conditions and cannot be purchased through our online booking system. 

Our Cancellation Policy:

If you somehow manage to miss your appointment for any reason and forget to let us know.
As long as this is not a pattern, we will charge you no cancellation fee if you rebook a new appointment
within 7 days and show up to that appointment.

We understand life is busy.

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful to your fellow patients, please notify us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee at the clinic’s discretion.

Any cancellation fee issued must be paid within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the outstanding amount may be referred to our debt collection agency.

Late cancellations/No-shows:

A late cancellation is considered late 12 hours before the appointment time has started.

A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, it is at our discretion to charge a cancellation fee of $55.

 If you no show/short notice cancellation 3+ times in 3 months the fee is the full regular appointment price even if you are on ACC this is at our discretion.

Payments Accepted

We have an EFTPOS machine and accept all normal Eftpos, Visa, prepaid, Credit cards & AFTERPAY. We also offer contactless paywave (with NO surcharge). We do not accept cash for our safety & we do not offer change. Any change will be put on your account as credit for your next appointment. If you have any question’s please contact us.
